Some important things you need to know about shipping live insects
ExpressBugs.com currently ships using UPS Overnight delivery service. Shipping rates are determined by what product and quantity is chosen. Our site will give you your shipping rate during checkout after you have added your home delivery address. Orders received by 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday afternoon (after 12PM EST) through Sunday will ship the following Monday unless otherwise noted.
However, certain conditions such as inclement weather, natural or man-made disasters, technical glitches, human error, power outages, acts of terrorism, and the availability of certain items may delay your shipment. For the health of the product, we reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain days and methods. ExpressBug.com ships to every state in the continental United States, including Alaska, but we DO NOT ship to Hawaii. Once your order is placed and you receive an order number you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information once the order has been shipped. ExpressBugs.com will not ship your order if the delivery day lands on a major holiday. What are the major holidays in which deliveries are not made? Thanksgiving (Last Thursday in November), Christmas Eve (December 24th), Christmas Day (December 25th), New Years Eve (December 31st), New Years Day (January 1st), and Independence Day (July 4th).
