How to order a subscription

We made it real easy for everyone. On the detail page of each feeder insect, right under the "Add to cart" button, use the select field choose from either a "Weekly", "Twice Per Month", or "Monthly" option. Once you decide which frequency option suits your needs, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once the subscription as been added to the shopping cart, all you will need to do is complete your purchase with either your credit card or PayPal account.

Subscription Plan Questions

How do the subscription plans work?
Our subscription plans work in two different, yet equally related ways. The concept is called "recurring payments." A recurring payment is any purchases that happens automatically on a regular, scheduled basis. Our website uses two payments systems for charging a recurring payment - PayPal or any credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. When it's time for your next scheduled feeder insect delivery, our company will charge your PayPal account or credit card in advance of your next shipment. Once the new payment has posted we will ship your next feeder insect shipment the next business day. (We do not ship on Friday's)

Can I cancel my subscription plan?
Yes you can. Canceling your subscription plan is supper easy. You can email us at support@expressbugs.com, or give us a call at 347-587-3277, 5-days a week, from 10AM-6PM EST. You can also modify your plan at www.expressbugs.com/login if you made your purchase as a member, or on the order lookup page if you make your purchase as a guest. To modify your delivery schedule please log into your account at www.expressbugs.com/login. In the My Subscriptions section look for the link that says "cancel or modify my subscription" which will open an email form to contact us regarding your cancelation request. Once we receive your cancelation request please allow 24 hours before we can honor any such requests. Please not that if you made your subscription plan purchase with the guest checkout option you will need to lookup your order on the order lookup page with your order number and email address. Your order number was emailed after your original subscription purchase. Once on the order lookup page click the "cancel or modify my subscription" link which will also open an email form to contact us regarding the cancelation of your order.

What happens when I go on vacation?
First we want to wish you a happy and healthy vacation — no doubt you've earned it. In the meantime, sign in to view your profile page where you will see your Subscription Plan(s). To modify your delivery schedule please log into your account at www.expressbugs.com/login. In the My Subscriptions section look for the link that says "cancel or modify my subscription" which will open an email form to contact us regarding any changes to your order. Once we receive your request please allow 24 hours before we can honor any such requests. Please not that if you made your subscription plan purchase with the guest checkout option you will need to lookup your order on the order lookup page with your order number and email address. Your order number was emailed after your original subscription purchase. Once on the order lookup page scroll to the bottom and click the "cancel or modify my subscription" link which will also open an email form to contact us regarding the cancelation of your order.
